摘要
以农作物小麦秸秆为原料,用于制备秸秆基生物质减水剂。秸秆原料通过初碎、洗涤、干燥、二次粉碎、球磨机微碎、有机酸联合螺旋挤出机水解预处理,之后在螺旋挤出机组进行氧化-磺化改性得到木质素磺酸钠和纤维素硫酸酯混合物,在氧化-还原体系下混合物与不饱和聚醛大单体、不饱和小分子单体接枝共聚和交联共聚反应,中和得到秸秆改性的缓凝型聚竣酸减水剂。在最佳工艺条件下,该减水剂的水泥净浆减水率达32%,初始流动度达270mm,120min流动度达210mm,28d抗压强度达40MPa,性能与目前的石油基聚竣酸减水剂相当,而生产成本降低了30%-40%.
Preparation of straw-based biomass water reducer using crop wheat straw as raw material,which was pretreated by initial crushing,washing,drying,secondary crushing,ball mill crushing,organic acid hydrolysis combined with screw extruder,and the mixture of sodium lignosulfbnate and cellulose sulfate was prepared by oxidation-sulfonation modification with pretreated crop wheat straw pass through screw extruder.The mixture was grafted and crosslinked copolymerized with unsaturated polyether macromonomer and unsaturated small monomer in redox system,and then through the neutralization with alkali liquor,the retarded polycarboxylic acid water reducer modified by straw was obtained.Under the optimum technological conditions,the water reducing rate of cement paste of the water reducer could reach 32%,the initial flow degree could reach 270 mm,the flow degree could reach 210 mm at 120 minutes,and the compressive strength at 28d could reach 40 MPa.The performance of the water reducer was comparable to that of the present petroleum polycarboxylic acid water reducer,but its production cost was reduced at least 30%-40%.
