摘要
以某雷达伺服驱动组合结构设计为研究对象,首先利用UG三维软件建立其三维模型;其次,利用仿真软件ICEPAK对其进行热仿真分析,仿真结果验证了组合结构设计的合理性,对于同类组合结构设计具有一定参考意义。
Taking a radar servo drive combination structure design as the research object, firstly use UG 3 D software to establish its 3 D model. Secondly, it uses thermal simulation analysis by simulation software ICEPAK. The simulation results verify the rationality of the combined structure design, the design has certain reference significance.
