摘要
复合材料结构件间的装配需大量孔加工,出、入口和孔内壁的加工损伤会严重削弱结构的抗破坏性,影响结构件的承载能力和服役时间,甚至导致严重的安全问题。为了研究复合材料层合板孔挤压力学性能及失效形式,对4 mm厚的碳纤维复合材料层合板标准试样进行孔挤压性能测试,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对试样的断口区域进行检测扫描。检测及试验结果表明:4 mm碳纤维复合材料层合板孔挤压平均强度值为745.71 MPa,失效形式为撕脱。
Large numbers of holes were needed for assembling composite structures.The processing damage of the outlet,inlet and inner wall of the holes can weaken the anti-destructive ability of the structure seriously,affect the bearing capacity,service time of the components,and even lead to serious safety problems.In order to study the bearing response and failure modes for open-holes of composite laminates,the standard specimens of 4mm thick carbon fiber composite(CFRP)laminate were tested,the fracture area of the specimens were examined and scanned by scanning electron microscope (SEM).The test results show that the average strength of 4mm CFRP laminates is 745.71MPa,and the failure mode is tearing.
