摘要
断路器状态评估是保证电力系统的安全和稳定运行的重要手段。综述了国内外断路器状态评估的研究现状,介绍了目前断路器状态评估领域常用的方法,如采用层次分析法和熵权法确定权重,采用灰色系统理论、证据理论、物元理论或正态云模型确定隶属度。比较了这些方法的优缺点,以及针对不足所采取的解决方法。最后归纳总结了状态评估过程归一化处理和评估集确定中存在的一些问题,为断路器状态评估方法的选择提供依据。
The circuit breaker state assessment is an important means to ensure the safe and stable operation of power system. In this paper the research status of circuit breaker condition assessment at home and abroad is reviewed, and the commonly-used methods in the field of circuit breaker status assessment is introduced, such as analytic hierarchy process ( AHP), entropy weight method which are often used in determining the weight of each indicator,and grey system theory, evidence theory, matter-element theory, or normal cloud model theory which are used in determining the membership degree. Then the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are compared, and the solutions to shortcomings of these methods are also pointed out. Finally, some problems in the process of normalization and the determination of the evaluation set are summarized. The summary will provide a basis for the selection of the method of circuit breaker state assessment.
