摘要
野生中药材资源已不能满足人们的需要,栽培药材成为商品的主要来源,由此也导致了很多药材质量下降,中药材质量形成机制是中药资源学研究的重点和难点。中药材化学成分复杂,很多次生代谢成分以苷和苷元形式同时存在,而二者活性差异很大。文章对糖苷酶的生态作用以及该酶对药材质量的影响进行分析,为优质中药材研究和生产开辟了新的途径,确保中药材生产的健康发展。
The cultivated has become a major resource because people's demand for medicinal herbs far exceeds that of wild supplies,which result in reduced quality,the investigation of the Chinese herbal medicine resource having been an important and difficult problem.The chemical composition from herbal medicine are intricate complexity,a lot of secondary metabolites coexist in forms of glycoside and aglucon,with a remarkable difference between them.In this paper,the investigation of the effect of glycosidase on herbal medicine quality and the ecology function of glycosidase provide new ways for research and production of high quality Chinese medicinal herbs to ensure the healthy development of Chinese herbal medicine production.
