摘要 带式输送机调速系统具有非线性、强耦合等特点,常规PID方法存在控制偏差大、响应时间长等缺陷,为了获得更优的带式输送机调速系统控制稳定性及动态响应特性,设计了基于模糊PID理论的带式输送机调速系统。测试结果表明,相对于常规PID控制方法,该方法提高了带式输送机调速系统的自适应能力,不仅动态响应特性明显增强,而且抗干扰能力也得到极大的提升,可以获得理想的带式输送机调速系统控制效果。 The speed regulation system of belt conveyor has the characteristics of non-linearity and strong coupling. The traditional PID method has the defects of large control error and long response time. In order to obtain better control stability and dynamic response characteristics of belt conveyor speed regulation system,a belt conveyor speed regulation system based on fuzzy PID theory was designed. The test results show that compared with the traditional PID controlling method,this method improves the adaptive ability, dynamic response characteristics and anti-interference ability of the mine conveyor speed regulation system,and can achieve an ideal control effect of the belt conveyor speed regulation system.
