井下主运带式输送机智能煤流系统的研究 被引量:27

摘要 基于视频识别、数字化处理煤量检测技术,针对同煤燕子山煤矿带式输送机煤流系统改造设想,将主运输系统集中控制、综合保护与AI(人工智能)技术、大数据分析技术及计算机视觉技术相结合,将综合保护、集中控制、智能调速、视频监控及智能识别等子系统统一接入主运输管理平台,对主运输系统运行状态、报警信息、人员信息进行实时监控和计算,达到对运输系统科学管理、减员增效、提高故障处理效率、减少事故隐患的目的。 Based on the coal detection technology of video recognition and digitized processing,aiming at the idea of coal flow system of belt conveyor in Yanzishan coal mine,combined the main transportation system centralized control, comprehensive protection with AI technology, large data analysis technology and computer vision technology, integrated comprehensive protection, centralized control, intelligent speed regulation, video surveillance and intelligent recognition subsystem into the main transport management platform,monitors and calculates the operation status,alarm information and personnel information of the main transportation system in real time,and achieves the purpose of scientific management of the transportation system, reducing staff and increasing efficiency, improving the efficiency of fault handling and reducing potential accidents.
