摘要
目的了解中医外科护士专科培训需求,为合理设置中医外科专科护士培训内容及探索培训模式提供依据。方法采用自拟问卷,对重庆市二级及以上的中医院或中西医结合医院的外科护士进行问卷调查,并进行统计学分析。结果中医外科护士对培训内容的需求前3位依次为中医健康教育、中医护理基础、中医护理急救理论,后3位依次为中医外科护理科研、中医外科护理发展概况、中医外科护理思维;不同学历、职称、医院等级、是否有中医教育培训背景对培训内容的需求差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医外科护士专科培训的内容和模式应根据护理工作性质和特点多样化,并重视和发展护士岗位胜任能力,以提升中医外科护理培训质量。
Objectives To know the needs of the training of TCM surgical nurses, and to provide the basis for setting up the training contents of TCM surgical nurses and exploring the training mode. Methods The self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the surgical nurses in the second class and above hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in Chongqing. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0. Results The requirements for the training content of the TCM surgical nurses included the health education of Chinese medicine, the foundation of the nursing of traditional Chinese medicine, the theory of first aid in traditional Chinese medicine, the related dominant diseases in the nursing surgery of traditional Chinese medicine, and the methods of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. There was no significant difference in the requirements for the training content of different educational background, professional title, hospital level and whether there is the training background of traditional Chinese medicine(P>0.05). Conclusions The content and mode of training should be diversified according to the nature and characteristics of nursing work, pay attention to the competence of nurses, and improve the training quality of surgical nursing of TCM.
