摘要
点胶机是一种对流体进行控制的精密施胶仪器,主要用于将产品工艺中的各种溶剂精确点、注、涂到每个产品精确位置。该文基于STM32的嵌入式平台,设计了一个主要由主控芯片STM32F407、低压交流伺服电机驱动器、触摸屏以及双组分螺杆控制器伺服电机组成的控制系统。该点胶机系统设计相较于一般工厂使用的半自动流水式点胶机而言人机交互界面友好、工作稳定、性价比较高。主控芯片接收用户通过人机界面输入的指令和参数对伺服电机驱动器进行控制,由伺服电机驱动器和伺服电机协同完成点胶动作。人机界面用于在线实时显示系统状态和输入操作指令,开发出的界面功能齐全,结构简单,方便了操作人员,生产效率得到提高。
Dispensing machine is a kind of precision sizing instrument for the control of the fluid,mainly used for the product process in a variety of solvents precise point,injection,coating to the precise position of each product. Based on the embedded platform of STM32,this paper designs a control system mainly composed of the main control chip STM32F407,low-voltage ac servo motor driver,touch screen and two-component screw controller servo motor. Compared with the semi-automatic flow dispenser used in general factories,the design of this dispenser system features friendly human-m achine interface,stable work and high cost performance. The master control chip receives the comm ands and parameters input by the user thr ough the man-machine interface to control the servo motor driver,and the servo motor driver and the servomotor cooperate to c omplete the dispensing action. The man-machine interface is used for online real-time display of system statu s and input of operation instructions. The developed interface has complete functions,simple structure,convenient for operators and improved production efficiency.
