非APP磷氮型阻燃剂在热塑性弹性体中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 以热塑性弹性体树脂(PE/POE/EVA)为基料,加入自制的非聚磷酸铵(APP)磷-氮型阻燃剂--焦磷酸哌嗪系阻燃剂(FR-1420),研究了阻燃剂对材料的阻燃性能、力学性能的影响,通过热重分析(TG)研究了材料的热分解行为。结果表明,阻燃剂FR-1420含量达到25%时,材料氧指数达27.4%,垂直燃烧等级可达到V-0级;相较纯树脂,阻燃材料韧性保持较好,断裂伸长率可达到550%;TG分析表明,阻燃剂FR-1420的加入可使得材料初始热分解温度提前,残炭量增加,有利于提高材料的阻燃性能。同时比较了传统的氢氧化铝阻燃PE/POE/EVA体系,当氢氧化镁添加量达到65%时,材料垂直燃烧等级才能达到V-0级,但材料的断裂伸长率降低至132.6%,已经失去弹性体材料应有的韧性。 The non-APP phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant,piperazine pyrophosphate flame retardant(FR-1420),was added into the thermoplastic elastomer resin(PE/POE/EVA)to study the effects of flame retardant on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of the material.The thermal decomposition behavior of the material was studied by thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The results show when the content of flame retardant FR-1420 could reach 25%,the oxygen index of the material could achieve 27.4%and the vertical combustion grade could achieve V-0.Comparing with the pure resin,the toughness of the flame retardant material is better and the elongation at break could reach 550%.TG analysis shows that the addition of flame retardant FR-1420 could improve the initial thermal decomposition temperature and increase the carbon residue,which is beneficial to improving the flame retardancy of the material.The traditional Mg (OH) 2 flame retardant PE/POE/EVA system is also compared.When the content of Mg (OH) 2 flame retardant reaches 65%,the vertical combustion grade of the material could achieve V-0 level,however the elongation at break of the material could decrease to 132.6%,which has lost the tensile toughness of the elastomer material.
