摘要
针对现有的煤层瓦斯预抽采受时间与空间限制的问题,通过引入地面多分支水平井与井下钻孔对接技术,实现煤层瓦斯预抽采。通过山西柳林沙曲煤矿井上下对接实例,介绍了煤层瓦斯抽采井下对接设计及专用设备,对施工工艺进行了详细说明,并对连通施工中出现的问题及解决方案进行了专门分析。井组施工完成后,井下瓦斯孔及地面多分支井均有瓦斯气体溢出,在未抽采的情况下,井口压力高达3MPa,达到了项目预期。该项目的实施对实现瓦斯治理和高效开发利用具有示范意义。
In allusion to the current issue of time and space limitation in coal seam gas pre-drainage has introduced docking technology of surface drilled multi-branch horizontal well and underground boreholes to realize coal seam gas pre-drainage. Based on a docking case of surface and underground in Shaqu coalmine, Liulin, Shanxi has introduced coal seam gas drainage underground docking design and special equipment, illustrated operation technology in detail, carried out specialized analysis for problems in operation and solutions. After well group construction, underground gas boreholes and surface multi-branch well all have gas overflow;under the absence of drainage, well mouth pressure can be 3MPa as high, thus met project anticipations. Implementation of the project has demonstration significance in gas control and high efficiency exploitation and utilization.
