摘要 机械铸造是我国重点发展的产业项目,其能够对很多企业的发展和产品的供应产生较大的影响,为了在今后的工作开展上取得更好的成绩,应坚持在快速成型技术的应用和研究力度上不断的提升.相对而言,快速成型技术的提出,能够改善传统技术的不足,在机械铸造的效率上、质量上获得大幅度的提升,对于既有问题的改善和解决,也提供了较多的保障,是比较值得推广的技术内容.文章针对新时期快速成型技术的研究及其在机械铸造中的运用展开讨论,并提出合理化建议. Mechanical casting is a key industrial project in our country, which can have a great impact on the development ofmany enterprises and the supply of products. In order to achieve better results in the future work, The application and research strength of rapid prototyping technology should be continuously improved. Relatively speaking, the proposal of rapid prototyping technology can improve the deficiencies of traditional technologies, greatly improve the efficiency and quality of mechanical casting, and provide more guarantees for the improvement and resolution of existing problems. It is a technical content that is worth promoting. This paper discusses the research ofrapid prototyping technology in the new period and its application in mechanical casting, and puts forward some rationalization suggestions.
