摘要
原丙烯酸聚合生产线搅拌釜装置采用机械密封,机械密封采用的是动静环摩擦进行密封,容易造成动静环磨损过大,造成泄漏,且存在着结构复杂、附加管路较多的缺点,对丙烯酸聚合生产线搅拌釜进行了磁性液体密封改造,采用磁性液体进行密封,密封效果好,使用寿命长,保证了生产安全,减少检修人员的劳动强度,磁性液体密封特别适用低转速、低压力的立式搅拌釜,具有很好的推广价值.
Mechanical seal was used in the agitation of acrylic acid polymerization production line in original production process.The mechanical seal has leaked,and there are some disadvantages such as short service life and too much additional pipelines,which bring great hidden dangers.So magnetic liquid seal was applied to acrylic acid reactor,Better sealing effect ensures production safety and reduces labor intensity of maintenance personnel.The magnetic liquid seal is especially suitable for vertical reactor with low speed,low pressure,It has the characteristics ofno leakage,long service life and less additional systems,and has good popularization value.
