摘要 车辆集成是系统集成领域中的最常见形式,应用广泛。系统性能设计是车辆集成的重要环节,文章对底盘改造、布局设计、供配电设计、人-机-环境设计、安全性设计、稳定性设计、电磁兼容性设计、防雷设计、综合布线设计、维修性及保障性设计等性能设计要点进行了描述,对其设计原则、设计要点和通用要求进行了详细阐述。进一步的,针对系统中关键和重要的性能,提出了性能仿真技术的思路和基本方法,为提高集成车辆的综合效能提供技术基础和参考。 Vehicle integration is the very common in the field of system integration.System performance design is a significant part in the whole process of system integration.This paper describes the key points of performance design including modification of vehicle chassis,design of layout,design of power supply and distribution,design of human-machine-environment,design of system safety,design of electromagnetic compatibility,design of protection against lightning,design of cabling system,and design of maintainability and supportability.Detailed descriptions about design principles,design essentials and general requirements for these key points are presented.Furthermore,for the critical performances of the system,ideas and basic methods of performance simulation techniques are proposed.For improving the comprehensive performance of integrated vehicles,this paper provides the technical bases and references.
