摘要
在极限压力工况、工作压力工况和最大过盈量情况下,分别采用非线性有限元分析、静态结构分析和过盈接触非线性分析,对新能源汽车涡旋压缩机壳体进行强度分析;并通过结合工作压力工况和配合面最小过盈量两种情况相互作用下,分析涡旋压缩机壳体配合面的过盈余量.分析结果表明:新能源汽车涡旋压缩机壳体材料采用铸铝A380,壳体上端盖需进一步优化,壳体其他部位强度满足设计要求.配合面的最小过盈量虽然满足分析要求,但建议适当增大其最小过盈量数值.
Under the conditions of ultimate pressure, working pressure and maximum surplus volume, nonlinear finite element analysis, static analysis and interference contact non-linear analysis were used respectively to analyze the strength of the new energy vehicle scroll compressor housing. The surplus of the mating surface in the scroll compressor was analyzed by combining the working pressure with the minimum surplus volume of the mating surface. The results show that the end cover of the housing needs to be further optimized and it is recommended to increase the minimum surplus value of the matching surface appropriately to meet the analysis requirements when the housing in scroll compressor of a new energy automobile is made of cast aluminum A380.
