摘要
针对数控机床齿面磨损计算问题,使用传统的磨损计算方法存在着准确率低的问题,为此引入模态柔度的概念对数控机床齿面磨损计算方法进行设计。首先根据机床齿轮的磨损特点生成几何模型,并在此基础上利用模态柔度矩阵识别齿面的磨损情况,在磨损的齿面上建立坐标系,得到齿面的齿廓线方程,计算形成齿面磨损的相关参数,进而得到齿面磨损量的计算公式。利用数控机床制作齿轮作为实验对象进行实验,与传统计算方法相比,发现设计出的齿面磨损计算方法误差值比传统方法低0.58,准确性更高。
The traditional calculation method of the tooth surface wear of CNC machine tools has the problem of low accuracy.Therefore,the concept of modal flexibility was introduced to design the tooth surface wear calculation method of NC machine tools.Firstly,according to the wear characteristics of machine tool gears,the geometric model was generated.On this basis,the wear condition of tooth surface was identified by using the modal flexibility matrix.The coordinate system was established on the worn tooth surface,the tooth profile equation of the tooth surface was obtained,the related parameters of tooth surface wear were calculated,and the calculation formula of tooth surface wear was obtained.The gear made by NC machine tool was used as the experimental object.Compared with the traditional calculation method,it is found that the calculated error value of the tooth surface wear calculation method is 0.58 lower than the traditional method and the the accuracy is higher.
