基于最小二乘法的船舶吨位计算模型

摘要 为更高效且准确地实现船舶吨位即排水量的测量,通过多个超声波换能器和速度传感器测量多点距离和船舶速度,应用最小二乘法拟合曲线来计算船舶截面的面积,并建立船舶吨位算法模型,利用MATLAB对该模型进行仿真。通过在泰州船闸处的实际运用案例验证该模型的可行性。对比MATLAB仿真结果与实际测量结果发现,用该模型计算的船舶吨位误差较小。该模型可以更高效且准确地实现船舶吨位的测量,是一种可以代替人工测量估算船舶吨位的有效方法。 For more efficient and accurate measurement of ship tonnage,i.e.displacement,the multi-point distance and ship speed are measured by multiple ultrasonic transducers and speed sensors,the area of the ship’s section is calculated by fitting the curve with the least square method,and a ship tonnage algorithm model is established.MATLAB is used to simulate the model.The feasibility of the model is verified by a practical application case at Taizhou Shiplock.The comparison between the MATLAB simulation results and the actual measurement results shows that,the error of the ship tonnage calculated by the model is smaller.The model can achieve the ship tonnage calculation more efficiently and accurately,which can be an effective method to replace the ship tonnage manual measurement.
