摘要
目的在妇产科临床护理带教中应用目标管理教学法,并分析其应用效果。方法将2017年8月-2018年8月到本院进行实习的116名实习护生随机分为观察组及对照组。观察组采取目标管理教学法,对照组采取传统带教模式,比较两种模式的教学质量。结果观察组护生的理论、技能及综合考核成绩均明显优于对照组,组间差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组护生对带教老师责任心、带教水平、教学方式等评价明显高于对照组,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标管理教学法能够提高护生理论、技能及综合能力,促进护生的学习质量,教学效果良好。
Objective To apply target management teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of gynecology and obstetrics, and to analyze its application effect. Methods 116 intern nurses from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group adopted the target management teaching method, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, and compared the teaching quality of the two modes. Results The theory, skills and comprehensive assessment scores of nursing students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. There were significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). The evaluation of responsibility, teaching level and teaching methods of nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group. There were significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Target management teaching method can improve the theory, skills and comprehensive ability of nursing students, and promote the quality of nursing students’ learning. The teaching effect is good, and it is worthy of wide application and promotion.
