摘要
目的探讨下肢骨折骨外露伴大面积软组织损伤采用封闭负压引流术治疗的护理效果。方法选取2017 年6 月—2018 年6 月本院收治的下肢骨折骨外露伴大面积软组织损伤患者60 例,分组后进行护理,均采用封闭负压引流术治疗,观察组(n = 30)实行针对性护理,对照组(n = 30)实行常规护理,分析两组的相关指标。结果观察组植皮愈合时长、住院时长、换管次数明显低于对照组,创面缩小情况明显优于对照组,P < 0.05。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,P < 0.05。结论下肢骨折骨外露伴大面积软组织损伤患者采用封闭负压引流术治疗效果较好,可有效缩短住院时间,加快康复速度,降低并发症发生率,促进创面尽快愈合。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of lower limb fracture with large soft tissue injury. Methods 60 patients with lower limb fracture and large soft tissue injury were enrolled in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018. All patients underwent nursing after grouping. All patients underwent closed negative pressure drainage. The observation group (n = 30) was performed targeted nursing, and the control group (n = 30) was performed routine nursing, and the relevant indicators of the two groups were analyzed. Results The length of graft healing, the length of hospital stay, and the number of tube changes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The reduction of wound surface was significantly better than that of the control group, P < 0.05. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage is effective in patients with lower limb fractures and large soft tissue injury. It can effectively shorten hospital stay, speed up recovery, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote wound healing as soon as possible.
