摘要
目的:探讨老年性室性早搏伴焦虑及失眠患者应用参松养心胶囊治疗的效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院的收治的老年性室性早搏伴焦虑及失眠患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组应用胺碘酮进行治疗,观察组应用胺碘酮联合参松养心胶囊治疗。比较2组的治疗效果、睡眠质量、焦虑评分及生命质量水平。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为94. 29%,高于对照组的71. 43%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);2组治疗前的PSQI及SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);观察组治疗后PSQI(6. 20±1. 32)分,SAS评分(40. 23±2. 88)分均低于对照组的(8. 69±1. 47)分与(50. 20±3. 65)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后生命质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:参松养心胶囊可有效提升老年性室性早搏伴焦虑及失眠的治疗效果和睡眠质量,缓解其焦虑情绪,提高患者的生命质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of shensong yangxin capsule on senile premature ventricular beats with anxiety and insomnia. Methods: A total of 70 cases of senile premature ventricular beats with anxiety and insomnia admitted to the first affiliated hospital of bengbu medical college from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone,while the observation group was treated with amiodarone combined with shensong yangxin capsule.The therapeutic effect,sleep quality,anxiety score and life quality of the two groups were compared. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,higher than that of the control group(71.43%),the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).There was no significant difference in PSQI and SAS scores between the two groups before treatment( P >0.05).The scores of PSQI(6.20±1.32)and SAS(40.23±2.88)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(8.69±1.47)and(50.20±3.65),with statistically significant differences( P <0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion: shensong yangxin capsule can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and sleep quality of senile premature ventricular beats with anxiety and insomnia,relieve their anxiety and improve the quality of life of patients.
