Analysis on the Heat-Power Conversion and Coupling Characteristics of Combined Heat and Power Units

摘要 基于汽水分布方程与作功方程,建立了热电联产机组的热电转换特性模型;基于改进的弗留格尔公式,给出了机组热电耦合特性的变工况计算分析方法及机组可调度范围的确定方法。以某实际机组为例,验证了所提方法的有效性;定量计算了不同等级机组的热电负荷静态对应关系,确定了某机组的可调度范围。研究方法可用于机组的在线计算,并为机组的安全调度运行及进一步实现灵活控制提供研究支撑。 Based on the steam-water distribution equation and work equation,the heat-power conversion model of combined heat and power(CHP)unit is established;A method for calculating the thermoelectric coupling characteristics in variable conditions and determining the dispatchable ranges are presented based on the improved Fleuger formula.An actual unit is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method;the static corresponding relationships between thermal and electrical loads for different-grade units are quantitatively calculated,and the unit dispatchable ranges are further determined.The proposal method can be used for on-line calculations of CHP units,and provide research support for safe dispatch and flexible operation control of CHP units.
