摘要 虚拟维修是虚拟技术近年来的一个重要研究方向。其基本原理是通过采用计算机仿真和虚拟现实技术在计算机上真实地展示装备的维修过程,增强装备寿命周期各个阶段关于维修的各种决策能力,包括维修性设计分析、维修性演示验证、维修过程检查和维修训练实施等;目的是在型号设计过程中同步进行维修性设计与评价,找出影响维修性设计的因素并及时地进行改进,从而提高整机的维修性。通过虚拟维修仿真技术,对直升机维修过程仿真和维修分析的流程和方法进行了研究,为型号进一步地开展虚拟维修工作奠定了基础。 Virtual maintenance is an important research direction of the virtual technology in recent years.And its basic principle is to enhance the decision-making ability of maintenance in each stage of equipment life cycle by using computer simulation and virtual reliability technology to display the maintenance process on the computer,including maintenance design analysis, maintenance demonstration verification,maintenance process inspection,maintenance training implementation and so on.Its purpose is to carry out the maintainability design and evaluation simultaneously in the model design process,find out the factors that affect the maintainability design,and improve the maintainability of the whole machine.Through the virtual maintenance simulation technology,the process and method of helicopter maintenance process simulation and maintainability analysis are studied,which lays the foundation for the model to carry out virtual maintenance work.
