不同品种茶树根际土壤真菌群落多样性及结构特征 被引量:12

摘要 利用Illumina MiSeq测序技术,研究遵义市道真县茶叶主产区中白1号、黄金茶、黄金芽和中茶108等4个茶树品种的根际土壤真菌群落多样性和结构特征。结果表明,不同茶树品种根际土壤真菌存在差异,黄金茶根际土壤真菌群落具有较高的多样性和丰富度;该地区茶树根际土壤真菌群落共划分为4个已知的菌门,担子菌门(Basidiomycota)、子囊菌门(Ascomycota)和接合菌门(Zygomycota)为优势真菌群。4个品种茶树根际土壤真菌在属水平丰度较高的都为隐球菌属(Cryptococcusspp.)。 Illumina Miseq sequencing technology was used to study the diversity and structural characxteristics of fungal community in rhizosphere soil of four tea varieties of Baiye No.1,Huangjincha,Huangjinya and Zhongcha No.108 in the main tea producing areas of Daozhen County,Zunyi City.The results showed that there were differences in rhizosphere soil fungal among different tea varieties,and the rhizosphere soil fungal community of Huangjicha had high diversity and richness.The rhizosphere soil fungal communities of tea trees in this area was divided into four known phylum,among which Basidiomycota,Ascomycota and Zygomycota were the dominant fungi groups.Cryptococcus spp is the most abundant fungi in the rhizosphere soil of four tea cultivars.
