摘要
智慧侦查、智慧检察、智慧法院的诞生和成长说明,“智慧+”模式在法学领域的应用已初见成效,其与司法鉴定的融合指日可待。智慧司法鉴定是依托大数据理念和思维,运用互联网、云计算、深度学习等技术手段,以海量数据为支撑的鉴定委托和材料补充智慧化、鉴定管理智慧化、鉴定实施过程智慧化和鉴定质证智慧化。通过浅析司法鉴定发展历程、解读智慧司法鉴定的内涵以及总结智慧司法鉴定的初步探索,最终提出未来智慧司法鉴定的可能发展路径。
The emergence and development of Smart Investigation,Smart Prosecution and Smart Court prove that“Smart-Plus”mode is showing its effect in law field,and that the merge of“Smart-Plus”and judicial appraisal is coming soon.Smart Judicial Appraisal relies on big data and utilizes techniques like Internet,cloud computing and deep learning,and it is the combination of smart appraisal entrustment,smart appraisal implementation,smart appraisal management and smart cross-examination.This paper first introduces the history of judicial appraisal and the connotation of Smart Judicial Appraisal,and then summarizes the previous study.Finally,it puts forward several possible development paths of Smart Judicial Appraisal.
