摘要
以腐植酸钾(KHA)、海藻酸钠(SA)、丙烯酸(AA)为原料,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰(MBA)为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成了KHA/SA缓释保水材料。探究了KHA、SA、KPS、MBA量(以AA计)对自来水、0.9%的盐水吸液率的影响,对产物的结构和形貌进行表征,考察了其对氮素释放率、土壤持水率的影响。结果表明,AA、KHA、SA、KPS、MBA用量分别为:10 g、10%,12%,1.0%,0.12%,聚合温度60℃,AA中和度为60%,对自来水、0.9%的盐水吸液率分别达426.7,98.6 g/g,30 d内氮的释放速率最高为35.6%,土壤最大持水率为70%。
A slow-release material with water absorbency KHA/SA which was used potassium humate(KHA),sodium alginate(SA),acrylic acid(AA) as raw material,potassium persulfate(KPS) as initiator and N,N′-methylenebisacryloyl(MBA) as crosslinker by solution polymerization.In addition,the effects of KHA,SA,KPS,MBA(in terms of AA) on absorbency capacity of tap water and 0.9% brine were investigated and its structure was characterized.Meanwhile,the effects on nitrogen release rate and soil water holding capacity were investigated.The results show that the product has maximum wate rabsorption ability up 426.7 g/g,0.9% salt water absorption rate up to 98.6 g/g.At the same time,nitrogen was up to 35.6% within 30 d and the maximum water holding rate of soil was 70%,when AA,KHA,SA,KPS,MBA were 10 g,10%,12%,1.0%,0.12%,polymerization temperature 60 ℃ and the neutralization degree of AA was 60%.
