摘要
本文从高等教育公平视角分析了我国高等教育现状中存在的不公平发展现象.以大学理工科基础必修课——力学课程为例,介绍了建设在线开放课教学资源和运行在线开放课的实践.通过实践发现优质精品在线开放课的建设和运行对于高等教育中的起点公平、过程公平及结果公平都起到了积极的促进作用.
In this paper, the existing unfair phenomenon in China's higher education is analyzed from the perspective of higher education equity. Taking mechanics as an example, the construction of the resources and the running practice of the online open courses are introduced. It is shown that the construction and running of high-quality online open courses play a positive role in promoting the equity of starting point, process and result in higher education.
