陶瓷膜处理低渗透油田采出水的研究与改进 被引量:2

摘要 采用膜法技术对油田采出水进行处理在全球范围内已运用了多年。随着我国油田普遍完成第一次采油,相关法律法规对二、三次采油阶段的采出水回注标准逐渐提高,引入陶瓷膜材料对膜法采出水技术进行改良成为当下我国油田采出水工作中的重点。本文通过对膜分离技术、陶瓷膜材料处理技术、陶瓷膜污染及清洗技术等进行分析和总结,介绍了利用陶瓷膜材料对低渗透油田采出水的应用方法和应用进展,对陶瓷超滤膜处理油田采出水工艺参数的优化方法进行了论述。 Membrane technology has been used to treat oilfield produced water worldwide for many years. With the completion of the first oil recovery in China's oilfields,the relevant laws and regulations gradually improve the standards of produced water reinjection in the second and third stages of oil recovery. The introduction of ceramic membrane materials to improve the technology of produced water by membrane method has become the focus of the current oilfield produced water work in China. Through the analysis and summary of membrane separation technology,ceramic membrane material treatment technology,ceramic membrane fouling and cleaning technology,this paper introduces the application method and progress of ceramic membrane material in low permeability oilfield produced water treatment,and discusses the optimization method of ceramic ultrafiltration membrane technology parameters for oilfield produced water treatment.
