摘要
以台湾东方美人茶为研究对象,采用热脱附方法对现泡台湾东方美人茶茶汤进行香气成分提取,用GCMSD-FID进行挥发性成分的定性分析鉴定,得到主要的芳香物质。共鉴定到78种挥发性成分,主要的香气成分有:2-甲基丁醛,异戊醛,芳樟醇,氧化芳樟醇,叶醇,己醛,香叶醇,叶醛,糠醇,水杨酸甲酯,苯甲醛,异戊醇,正己醇,苯乙醇,苯甲醇,正戊醇,月桂烯,2-戊基呋喃,1-戊烯-3-醇,甲位柠檬烯,异戊醛,6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮,2-己烯-1-醇等。
Taking Taiwan oriental beauty tea as the research object, the aroma components of Taiwan oriental beauty tea soup were extracted by thermal desorption method, and the volatile components were identified by qualitative analysis with GCMSD-FID. A total of 79 volatile constituents were identified, including 2-methyl butyraldehyde, isovaleraldehyde, linalool, oxidized linalool, folate, hexanal, geraniol, furfural, methyl salicylate, benzaldehyde, isopentanol, n-hexanol, phenylethanol, benzyl alcohol, n-pentanol, laurel, 2-pentanyl furan, 1-pentene-3-ol, methylcitrone, isovaleraldehyde, 6-methyl-5-heptanol. Ene-2-ketone, 2-hexene-1-alcohol, etc.
