摘要
新时代背景下人民对美好生活的向往对环境工程专业人才的“双创”能力提出了更高的要求。当下高校环境工程专业“双创”人才的培养还存在对实践教学课程重视不够、学科专业建设水平不高、师资团队建设能力不足等问题。因此,在人才培养中应明确环境工程专业“双创”人才培养目标,完善课程设置,整合教育资源,提升学生的参与度,已培养出合格人才。
Under the background of ecological civilization construction, the society has higher and higher innovation ability for talents, and the cultivation of environmental engineering professional "Double Innovation" talents is particularly important. Compared with the traditional training of talents, this paper proposes to take the ecological civilization as the guidance, optimize the curriculum, give play to students' subj ective initiative, and create more social development of environmental engineering professional " double innovation" talents.
