摘要
目的调查分析慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理行为能力、其主要照顾者对患者自护行为能力的支持水平及两者关系。方法采用方便抽样法,通过心力衰竭自我护理量表和照顾者心力衰竭自我护理贡献量表分别测量102例慢性心力衰竭患者的自我护理行为能力及其主要照顾者的支持水平。结果慢性心力衰竭患者的心力衰竭自我护理量表总分(81.60±53.51)分,其中自我护理维持(31.89±21.08)分、自我护理管理(21.47±20.87)分、自我护理信心(28.24±18.79)分;主要照顾者的心力衰竭自我护理贡献量表总分(74.78±48.02)分,其中自我护理维持(27.48±17.00)分、自我护理管理(20.10±19.14)分、自我护理信心(27.20±17.81)分。患者自我护理行为能力与其主要照顾者支持水平在自我护理维持、自我护理管理和自我护理信心3个维度及量表总得分的Pearson相关分析r值分别为0.839、0.934、0.919及0.947,P<0.05。结论慢性心力衰竭患者的自我护理行为能力及其主要照顾者的支持水平总体状况不佳,两者具有正相关性。
Objective To investigate the self-care ability of patients with chronic heart failure, support level of main caregivers on self-care ability and their relationship. Method Choose 102 patients with chronic heart failure and their main caregivers by convenient sampling and investigate them by self-care scale on heart failure and contribution scale on heart failure of main caregivers to assess self-care ability of patients and support level of main caregivers. Result The total score of self-care scale on heart failure is (81.60±53.51), in which dimension of self-care maintenance is (31.89±21.08), dimension of self-care management is (21.47±20.87) and dimension of self-care confidence is (28.24±18.79). The total score of contribution scale on heart failure of main caregivers is (74.78±48.02), in which dimension of self-care maintenance is (27.48±17.00), dimension of self-care management is (20.10±19.14) and dimension of self-care confidence is (27.20±17.81). r values of Pearson analysis on total score and 3 dimensions of self-care maintenance, self-care management and self-care confidence between self-care ability of patients and support level of main caregivers are 0.839, 0.934, 0.919 and 0.947, P <0.05. Conclusion General situation of self-care ability of patients and support level of main caregivers is not so satisfying, which has positive correlation.
