摘要
目的分析中西医结合方法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的有效性及其疗效机制。方法随机择取2017年12月-2018年12月于该院收治的48例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,将其均分成对照组与实验组,各24例。对照组运用西医方法进行治疗,实验组运用中西医结合方法实施治疗,在此基础上,比较实验组与对照组患者的临床疗效、复发率。结果实验组的临床疗效(95.83%)显著高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.071,P=0.008),实验组的复发率(20.83%)明显低于对照组(4.17%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.471,P=0.002)。结论中西医结合方法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效显著,患者的临床症状会明显改善,血清炎性因子水平将不断降低,临床复发率不断下降,出院时间提前,因此,中西医结合方法治疗溃疡性结肠炎应获得医护人员的大力推广。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and therapeutic mechanism of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods Forty-eight patients with ulcerative colitis who were admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected and divided into control group and experimental group,24 cases each.The control group was treated with Western medicine.The experimental group was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.On the basis of this,the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the experimental group and the control group were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group (95.83%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.071,P=0.008).The recurrence rate of the experimental group (20.83%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (20.83% vs 4.17%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=12.471,P=0.002).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is significant.The clinical symptoms of patients will be significantly improved,the serum inflammatory factor levels will continue to decrease,the clinical recurrence rate will continue to decrease,and the discharge time will be advanced.Therefore,the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine Ulcerative colitis should be promoted by medical staff.
