摘要
通过对影响氮气迷宫压缩机排气温度高的原因进行分析,提出了改造水路系统,调整压缩机止点间隙,重新设计活塞结构和更换活塞材料,填料密封部分采用活塞杆喷涂碳化钨等改进措施,来降低氮气迷宫压缩机的排气温度,从而满足工业生产的要求。
This paper analyzed the reasons that affected the high exhaust temperature of nitrogen labyrinth compressor, proposed the the improved measures such as transform waterway system, adjust compressor stop gap, redesign piston structure and replace piston materials, and adopt piston rod spraying tungsten carbide instead of the packing seal part, to lower the exhaust temperature of nitrogen labyrinth compressor, in further meeting the requirements of industrial production.
