摘要 设计了一款集收发球功能于一体的机器人。由底盘机构、收供球机构、旋转机构与发球机构4部分构成。使用全向轮作为运动载体,通过带传动实现球的收集和运送。发射准备阶段利用一个可以全角度旋转的轮盘确定发射方向,然后通过单飞轮与挡板挤压将球发射。搭建过程中通过对齿轮、轴和关键连接片的校核,确定组装方案;利用三维建模观察结构是否合理。该方法制造的投球机器人发球频率高、精度大,符合机器人比赛赛事要求,同时可应用于网球训练。 A robot which integrates the function of receiving and serving balls is designed. It consists of chassis mechanism, receiving and supplying mechanism, rotating mechanism and serving mechanism. The equipment uses omnidirectional wheels as moving carriers,collects and transports balls by belt transmission. In the preparatory stage of serving, a wheel disc which can rotate at all angles is used to determine the direction of serving. And the ball is served by a single flywheel and baffle extrusion. During the construction process, the assembly scheme is determined by checking the gears, shafts and key connectors;the structure is inspected by using three-dimensional modeling. The pitching robot manufactured by this method has high serving frequency and high accuracy, which can meet the needs of robot competition and can be applied to tennis training.
