任务驱动的复杂装备可靠性与维修性仿真方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统的经验分析法和数学解析法等应用于复杂装备可靠性与维修性分析时遇到的建模困难、计算精度差等问题,从复杂装备任务与结构分析入手,建立了装备的任务模型、结构配置模型以及任务与装备关联模型,提出了一种基于线性同余发生器的复杂装备可靠性与维修性仿真算法,并设计了相应的仿真流程。在此基础上,开发了复杂装备可靠性与维修性仿真原型系统。最后,进行了实例分析,并与主流的商业化软件进行了对比分析。分析结果显示:所提出的方法能够对复杂装备的可靠性与维修性进行仿真计算,具有较好的准确性和收敛性。 Traditional methods such as empirical analysis and mathematical representation are difficultly applied to analyze reliability and maintainability characteristic of complex equipment.For this reason,the task model,structure deployment model and relation model are built in this paper through analyzing the task and structure of the equipment.Then,a reliability and maintainability simulation algorithm for the equipment is proposed based on linear congruence generator.Furthermore,the process of the equipment reliability and maintainability simulation is described in detail.A prototype software system for the equipment reliability and maintainability simulation is developed.Finally,a case study is implemented on the prototype software system.It shows that the proposed method can carry out the scientific analysis on the equipment reliability and maintainability characteristic,and has better accuracy and convergence.
