摘要
“互联网+治理”是实现基层治理现代化的必由之路,是基层政府利用技术手段,将民主治理与百姓福祉紧密结合的敲门砖,既实现了以人为本的人本关怀,又体现了依法治国的执政方针。本文基于这一现实情况,分析当前“互联网+”背景下农村基层治理的问题、成因,并提成相应的对策,旨在探索预防和摆脱农村基层治理危机,保持与群众紧密联系的可持续途径,为乡村振兴建设、基层民主自治提供行之有效的借鉴和启示。
The innovative thinking mode of"Internet+"is the only way to achieve orderly governance in grassroots rural areas.It is a stepping stone for grassroots governments to use technological means to closely integrate democratic governance with the well-being of the people.It not only realizes people-oriented human care,but also reflects The ruling principle of governing the country according to law highlights the vision of deep governance at the national level.Based on this reality,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of rural grassroots governance under the current"Internet+"background,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to explore ways to prevent and get rid of the crisis of rural grassroots governance and maintain a close relationship with the masses.It provides effective reference and enlightenment for the construction of a new socialist countryside and grassroots democratic self-government.
