摘要
目的:观察玉液汤合六味地黄丸加味治疗气阴亏虚型糖尿病肾脏病(Diabetic Kidney Disease,DKD)的临床疗效。方法:将50例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均采用基础治疗控制血糖、血压及血脂,治疗组加用玉液汤合六味地黄丸加味口服。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为65.00%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:玉液汤合六味地黄丸加味能改善气阴亏虚型糖尿病肾脏病患者的临床症状,降低尿蛋白排泄率,临床无不良反应。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Yuye decoction (玉液汤) and the Liuwei Dihuang pills (六味地黄丸) on DKD of the Qiyin Kuixu type (气阴亏虚型). Methods: 50 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The two groups were treated by basic therapy to control blood sugar, blood pressure and blood lipids. The treatment group was given the Yuye decoction and the Liuwei Dihuang pills more. Results: The total efficiency in the treatment group was 93.33%, which was significantly better than 65.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Yujing decoction and the Liuwei Dihuang pills can improve the clinical symptoms of DKD, reduce the urinary protein excretion rate, and have no adverse reactions in clinic.
