摘要
为学习了解经方在治疗中老年女性慢性尿路感染方面的临床经验,笔者通过长期跟师学习、整理、综合、分析,现将治疗中老年女性慢性尿路感染的经验总结为辨治思想、分型论治及病案分析几个模块来呈现。笔者跟师认为中老年女性慢性尿路感染是临床中常见的内科病症,近年来随着中老年人口数量的增加,其发病率也日益上升,中老年女性的生活质量也受到了严重的影响。笔者跟师认为本病病机为湿热蕴结下焦,肾与膀胱气化不利,并将其分为下焦湿热及脾肾两虚两个证型,通过分析其病因病机,临床中选用八正散为基础方治疗下焦湿热证,脾肾两虚证则以补中益气汤为基础方治疗,通过辨证分析,临证加减,在临床中均取得的了极好的效果。
In order to learn about the clinical experience of the prescription in treating chronic urinary tract infections in middle-aged and elderly women,the author has learned from the long-term study,collation,synthesis and analysis of the elderly,and now summarizes the experience of treating chronic urinary tract infections in middle-aged and elderly women.Several modules of classification and treatment analysis are presented.The author believes that chronic urinary tract infections in middle-aged and elderly women are common medical conditions in the clinic.In recent years,with the increasing in the number of middle-aged and elderly people,the incidence rate has also increased,and the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly women has also been seriously affected.The author and the teacher believe that the pathogenesis of this disease is damp heat accumulation under the coke,kidney and bladder gasification is unfavorable,and it is divided into two types of hypothermia and spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,through analysis of its etiology and pathogenesis,the use of eight positive in the clinic dispersion is the basis for the treatment of hypothermic heat syndrome,and the syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency is based on Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤).Through dialectical analysis,clinical evidence is added and subtracted,and excellent results have been achieved in the clinic.
