摘要
目的观察超声电导药物透入联合当归四逆汤治疗肩周炎的临床应用效果。方法选择136例在本院进行肩周炎治疗的患者,按治疗时间先后顺序分为对照组及观察组各68例,对照组给予患者常规综合理疗;观察组给予超声电导药物透入联合当归四逆汤治疗,对比分析患者应用不同治疗方案的临床效果。结果观察组患者给予超声电导药物透入联合当归四逆汤治疗后总有效率为94.2%,对照组患者给予常规理疗及传统针灸疗法后总有效率为76.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗肩周炎患者的过程中,超声电导药物透入联合当归四逆汤疗法提高了肩周炎的治疗效果,对患者肩关节的周围疼痛和活动障碍等症状显著改善,提高了患者的日常活动能力及康复质量,值得临床上推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided drug penetration combined with Danggui Sini decoction in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 136 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group, 68 cases in each group. The control group was given routine comprehensive physical therapy, while the observation group was given ultrasound conductive drug penetration combined with Danggui Sini decoction. And the clinical effects of different treatment regimens were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.2% after treated by ultrasound-guided drug penetration combined with Danggui Sini decoction, while that of the control group was 76.5% after treated by routine physical therapy and traditional acupuncture and moxibustion. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients, the combination of ultrasound conductive drug penetration and Danggui Sini decoction improved the therapeutic effect of scapulohumeral periarthritis, improved the symptoms of shoulder joint pain and movement disorder, improved the daily activity ability and rehabilitation quality of patients, which was worthy of clinical application.
