摘要
目的探讨共情护理对上消化道出血患者负性情绪及护理效果的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月接诊的80例上消化道出血患者,按照随机数字表法平均分为研究组和常规组,每组各40例。常规组患者实施常规护理,研究组在常规组基础上给予共情护理,比较2组护理后的负性情绪及护理效果。结果研究组护理后SAS评分和SDS评分均明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总有效率为95.00%,明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对上消化道出血患者采取共情护理措施能够改善负性情绪,提升护理效果,具备较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the influence of empathetic nursing on negative emotions and therapeutic nursing effect of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 80 cases of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected for the study. All hospitalized patients were divided into study group and routine group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing measures,and the study group was given empathetic nursing on the basis of the routine group.Negative emotions(SAS score,SDS score)and nursing effect after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Empathetic nursing for upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients can improve the negative emotions of patients,improve the nursing effect,and have high clinical value.
