摘要
利用洪门水库黎川钟贤水产养殖场的匙吻鲟(Polyodon spathula)样本,获得鲟的矢耳石。t检验表明匙吻鲟左右矢耳石重量之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。采用直线、幂函数和多项式3种回归方程研究了其耳石重量与年龄的关系。结果显示,匙吻鲟的耳石与年龄的吻合度达到90.12%。根据81尾鲟的耳石样本数据,发现耳石重量与个体的年龄呈显著相关(P<0.05),根据鲟的耳石重量与相应的全长关系图,可以初步判断所观测年龄的可靠性;利用耳石重量与年龄关系函数估算的个体年龄与直接读取耳石磨片获得的年龄结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。这个结果表明利用鲟的矢耳石重量直接推算其个体年龄,可以作为辅助匙吻鲟年龄鉴定的方法。
The sagittal otolith of Polyodon spathula was obtained from of zhongxian aquaculture farm in Lichuan of Jiangxi in this paper.The result of T test showed that the difference had no significant between the weight of left and right sagittal otolith of paddlefish( P > 0.05).The relationship between otolith weight and age was studied by linear,power function and polynomial regression equation.The goodness of fit matched 90.12% between otolith weight and age.According to the otolith sample data of 81 sturgeons,the significantly correlation was found between the weight of otolith and the age of the individual( P <0.05).No significant difference was observed between the individual age estimated by the relation function between otolith weight and age,and the age obtained by directly reading otolith abrasive disc( P > 0.05).This result indicated that the weight of sturgeon's sagittal otolith could be directly used to calculate its individual age,and could be used as a method to assist age of Polyodon spathula.
