摘要
文章利用ADMS大气预测模型对南宁港总体规划修编中拟建港口污染物扩散浓度场进行模拟,并对预测结果进行分析。结果表明:在南宁港远期规划散货货运吞吐量规模下,一般气象条件下各散货作业区粉尘特征污染物TSP、PM10 、PM2.5 影响范围主要集中在堆场周边250~520 m范围内,以外区域污染物贡献值处于较低水平;场界外预测值出现超标主要是由于现状背景值已达或超过标准限值;在考虑区域污染物消减和南宁市大气污染行动计划实施会进一步降低背景浓度值后,南宁港规划的实施对区域环境的影响在可接受范围内。
This article uses the ADMS atmospheric prediction model to simulate the proposed dispersion concentration field of pollutants in the overall planning revision of Nanning Port,and analyzes the prediction results.The results show that,under the planned long-term bulk cargo throughput of Nanning Port,the influence range of dust characteristic pollutants TSP,PM10 and PM2.5 in all bulk cargo operation zones under general meteorological conditions is mainly concentrated within the range of250 ~ 520 m around the yard,while the contribution value of pollutants outside such region is at a low level;the over-standard predicted value outside the field is mainly due to the fact that the current background value has reached or exceeded the standard limit;considering that the reduction of regional pollutants and the implementation of Nanning Air Pollution Action Plan will further reduce the background concentration value,the implementation of Nanning Port planning has an acceptable impact on the regional environment.
