摘要
由于车用锂离子电池包在汽车内部位置的特殊性,对电池包结构进行优化设计显得至关重要。在分析了车用锂离子电池包的基本结构、综述了目前电池包内部结构、电池包外部支架和外壳的优化方案后,通过实验分析和模拟仿真,设计合理的电池包结构以提高电池包结构强度和安全性能。最后提出了基于温度场的电池包结构优化是未来电动汽车发展的重要研究方向。
Due to the particular position of lithium-ion battery pack in electric vehicles, it is essential to optimize the structure of battery pack. The basic structure of lithium-ion battery pack for vehicle was analyzed, and the optimization strategies of the battery pack internal structure with external bracket and shell were summarized. The reasonable structure of battery pack was designed by experimental analysis and simulation to improve the structural strength and the safety performance of battery pack. Finally, it's pointed out that the structure optimization of battery pack based on the temperature field would be the important research direction to extend the service life of electric vehicles in the future.
