摘要
目的构建护理硕士专业学位研究生临床指导教师管理指标体系,为该群体的遴选、认证、培训、组织和考核提供科学依据。方法通过Delphi法和层次分析法对16名护理专家进行两轮函询并确定管理体系指标及其权重。结果函询专家的权威系数为0.73~0.98;专家意见的肯德尔和谐系数χ^2检验的P<0.01。最终形成的管理体系包括一级指标5个、二级指标21个、三级指标52个。一级指标的权重值分别为遴选条件(0.213)、资格认证(0.107)、师资培训(0.141)、组织管理(0.213)及考核评价(0.324)。结论该指标体系的构建可为护理硕士专业学位研究生临床指导教师的遴选、培训、组织、考核提供量化依据,为各院校护理硕士专业学位研究生临床指导教师的管理提供借鉴。
Objective To construct a management system for clinical instructors of master's degree of nursing,and to provide scientific basis of the selection,certification,training,organization and evaluation for the instructors.Methods Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to conduct two rounds of inquiries among 16 nursing experts and to determine the management system indicators and their weights.Results The authoritative coefficients of consulted experts were 0.73-0.98 and the Kendall's W coefficients of expert opinions reached statistical significance ( P <0.01).The management system included five first-level indicators,21 second-level indicators and 52 third-level indicators.The weight values of first-level indexes were selection conditions (0.213),qualification authentication (0.107),teacher training (0.141),organization and management (0.213) and evaluation (0.324),respectively.Conclusions The construction of the system can provide quantitative basis for the selection, training, organization and assessment of clinical instructors for postgraduates with master's degree of nursing,and provide reference for the management of clinical instructors for postgraduates with master's degree of nursing in the universities.
