基于UMU平台的“食品化学”混合式教学改革与实践 被引量:7

摘要 在教育信息化2.0行动计划的背景下,推行“线上线下”混合式教学成为当前的重要任务。对基于UMU平台的食品化学混合式教学改革与实践进行了论述,一是介绍了应对“线上线下”混合式教学的需求,对课程所做的总体设计;二是介绍了教学实践中基于UMU平台所开展的具体改革措施。旨在为相关的教学工作人员提供借鉴和参考。 Under the background of“Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan”,the implementation of“online and offline”hybrid teaching has become the most important task in current period. In this paper,the reform and practice of hybrid teaching of Food Chemistry based on UMU platform were discussed. The overall design of the course to meet the needs of online and offline hybrid teaching was introduced,then the specific reform measures based on UMU platform in teaching practice were introduced in detail. In order to provide reference for relevant teaching staff.
