摘要 仪器分析课程是化学类相关专业的一门重要必修课.配套的实验教学是该门课程的灵魂.传统的仪器分析实验.往往只是重视教师的演示.学生参与动手或主动获取知识的能动性差.忽视了以学生为主体的教学与人才培养原则.为了提高教学质量.探索适合于地方农业院校仪器分析实验课程改革与发展的思路.结合吉林农业科技学院实验室状况和专业需求.从教学内容、教学方法与手段、教育理念的更新等方面进行了深入的探讨和改革的尝试.取得了一定的阶段性成果.通过教学改革.学生对实验课程的热情明显增加.实践能力大为改善.同时对仪器分析理论课知识的巩固和运用也起到了良好的推动作用. Instrumental analysis course is an important compulsory course for the chemical related majors, and the supporting experimental teaching is the soul of the course.In traditional to instrumental analysis experiments, teachers only pay attention to the demonstration, and students are not motivated enough to participate in hands-on or active knowledge acquisition, which ignores the student-centered teaching and talent cultivation principles.In order to improve the teaching quality and explore the ideas suitable for the reform and development of instrumental analysis experiment curriculum in local agricultural universities, we have made in-depth exploration and reform from the aspects of teaching content, teaching methods and means, and the renewal of educational ideas, combining with the laboratory conditions of Jinlin Agricultural science and Technology University and professional orientations of our university, and have achieved certain stage results.Through the teaching reform, students’ enthusiasm for instrumental analysis experiment course has increased obviously, and their practical ability has been greatly improved.Meanwhile, it has also played an important role in promoting the consolidation and application of instrumental analysis theory.
