摘要
为解决热电联产机组深度调峰时出现的问题,建立电锅炉容量选择及运行优化计算模型,依据热力发电厂热经济性评价方法,开展机组电热特性分析研究,制定求解机组调峰经济运行工况的策略。结合工程项目实例,在相同调峰负荷和同一采暖热负荷条件下,确定电锅炉的最佳容量配置和最小消耗功率,优化后可实现项目投资和运行成本的大幅降低。
To solve the problem occurring in deep peak-load regulation of a heat & power cogeneration unit,a calculation model was established for capacity selection and operation optimization of the electric boiler.Using the thermal economy evaluation method for thermal power plants,an analytical research was conducted on the electric thermal characteristics of the unit,while a strategy was created for the solution of its economic operating condition.Based on engineering examples,the optimal capacity configuration and minimum power consumption were determined for the boiler at fixed peak load and heating load.Results show that,the investment and operation cost could be decreased significantly after configuration optimization of the boiler.
