摘要
短路电流除了包含周期分量还包含直流分量,直流分量对断路器的开断能力存在一定的影响。以典型三相电路的短路情况推导出了短路电流的全电流公式,定量估计了短路电流直流分量对断路器实际开断能力的影响,从短路电流周期分量幅值以及衰减时间常数两个影响短路电流直流分量的因素出发,提出了基于故障电流限制器(Fault Current Limiter,FCL)的短路电流直流分量限制措施,并从直流分量限制效果、母线电压跌落以及系统网损出发,通过综合加权系数法选出故障电流限制器的最佳安装地点,并通过实际电网算例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
The short circuit current contains not only periodic component but also DC component. The DC component has a certain effect on the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. The full current formula of short circuit current is derived from the short circuit of a three-phase circuit,and the effect of the DC component on the actual breaking capacity of the circuit breaker is estimated quantitatively. Based on the two factors affecting the DC component of short-circuit current,the periodic component amplitude of short-circuit current and the decay time constant of DC component,the limiting measure for the DC component based on fault current limiter is proposed. Considering the DC component limiting effect,bus voltage drop and system loss,the optimum distribution of the fault current limiter is selected by comprehensive weighting coefficient method,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed are verified through the actual power grid.
