摘要 蛇咬伤是亚热带地区一个被忽视的公共卫生问题。每年因蛇咬伤死亡人数为8.1~13.8万例,而致残人数为该数字的3倍。与许多严重病症相比,毒蛇咬伤造成的大部分死亡和严重后果完全可以通过更广泛地提供安全有效的抗蛇毒血清进行预防。传统的抗蛇毒血清是通过将蛇毒注入动物体内而获得的动物免疫血清制剂已存在了120多年,临床用于挽救了许多蛇伤患者的生命,但由于其异源性的存在常引起过敏反应。本文将描述基于重组表达的人单克隆抗体寡克隆混合物的蛇毒生物合成寡克隆抗蛇毒血清(BOA)的生产、制备及其优势与改进,进一步讨论抗蛇毒血清的发展。 Snakebite envenoming is a neglected subtropical public health problem that each year claims the lives of 81,000~138,000 victims,and the number of disabled people is three times that number.Most of the deaths and serious consequences of snakebite envenoming can be prevented by providing safer and more effective anti-venom serum more widely compared many other serious conditions.The traditional anti-venom serum obtained by injecting snake venom into animals has existed for more than 120 years and has saved thousands of lives.However,due to its heterogeneity,people have reduced its use.This article describes the production,preparation,and advantages and improvements of biosynthetic oligoclonal anti-venom(BOA) for snakebites based on recombinantly expressed oligoclonal mixtures of human monoclonal antibodies and discusses the development of anti-venom for future.
