均匀设计研究微波焙烧对溶胶凝胶-自蔓延法制备锌钴Y型铁氧体的影响

摘要 本文将均匀设计应用于溶胶凝胶-自蔓延法制备Ba2Co1.2Zn0.8Fe12O22Y型铁氧体,并以微波马弗炉取代高温马弗炉焙烧前驱体。依据均匀实验结果,分别建立了实验指标饱和磁化强度(Ms)、矫顽力(Hc)与实验因素间的回归方程;基于回归方程,确认因素最优水平组合,判断出各因素对实验指标的影响显著性以及影响主次顺序。依据最优水平组合得到的实验结果表明,对比传统高温焙烧制备的Ba2Co1.2Zn0.8Fe12O22,以微波焙烧制备的时间明显缩短,Hc略有降低,Ms明显提高,其主要归因于微波焙烧过程使所制备的Ba2Co1.2Zn0.8Fe12O22的结晶有序程度和径厚比较传统焙烧所制备的Ba2Co1.2Zn0.8Fe12O22明显提高。 In this paper,uniform design was used to study the preparation of Y-type barium ferrite Ba2Co1.2Zn0.8Fe12O22 by using sol-gel-self-propagation method,and the conventional high-temperature muffle furnace was replaced by microwave muffle furnace for precursor baking.According to the uniform experimental results,the regression equations of saturated magnetization( Ms ),coercive force( Hc )and experimental factors were established,respectively.Based on the regression equation,the optimal level combination of factors is confirmed,and the significant influence of each factor on the experimental index and the order of factor influence on the experimental index are judged.According to the experimental results obtained show that the optimal combination of levels,contrast Ba2Co1.2Zn0.8Fe12O22 conventionally prepared high-temperature roasting,baking microwave preparation time was significantly shorter, Hc is slightly reduced,and Ms is significantly improved.This is mainly due to the microwave roasting process,which has significantly improved the crystallization order degree and diameter-thickness ratio of Ba2Co1.2Zn0.8Fe12O22 prepared by traditional roasting.
