摘要
酒店安全事件发生后,分析公众对酒店安全事件的认知及其演变有利于进一步提升酒店安全管理。因此,文章以2018年11月14日发生的“五星级酒店卫生安全事件”为例,以“酒店”“卫生”为关键词在网络上收集2018年11月14日到2018年11月20日的网络文本为数据来源,探析公众对酒店安全事件的认知及演变,结果表明有三点:公众对酒店安全事件认知具有多层性;公众对酒店安全事件认知内容具有涟漪效应;公众对酒店安全事件认知立场具有演变性。
After the occurrence of hotel security incidents, the analysis of public cognition of hotel security incidents and their evolution is conducive for further improving hotel hygiene security management. Therefore, this paper takes the “five - star hotel health incident” on November 14,2018 as an example for a case study. The study takes “hotel” and “health” as the key words to collect the online texts from November 14, 2018 to November 20, 2018 as the data source to explore and analyze the public's cognition and evolution of the hotel safety incident. The result shows three findings: Firstly, the public cognition of hotel security incidents has multi - level characteristics. Secondly, public cognition of hotel security incidents has a ripple effect. Thirdly, the public cognition of hotel security incidents can evolve.
